Ms. Marcia M. Linebaugh has 30 years of training and experience working for state law enforcement, in the commercial vehicle enforcement division, which encompassed her extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory compliance, DOT safety audits, CMV and equipment safety, CMV size and weight compliance, hazardous materials transportation, driver qualification, CDL compliance and the safe operation of a CMV. Marcia Linebaugh has earned her designation as a trucking safety compliance expert through her extensive law enforcement career, wholly serving in the State Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division, where she was a recruit school instructor, performed motor carrier/driver roadside inspections, post-crash CMV inspections, DOT compliance reviews, safety audits, issuing violations, and proposed safety ratings, all of which required her unique knowledge and application of local, state and federal regulations and standard of care for hundreds of motor carriers across the United States.
